Whether you are looking for a class for your new puppy, one to teach basic obedience/manners, or to learn to compete in Obedience/Rally trials, we have a class for you. Find the class that meets your needs below.
Class sizes are limited and are filled on a first come basis. Pre-registration guarantees your spot in a class. Multiple dog discounts are available.

Proof of all shots are required in order to be registered in to our classes.
This class is for you to train your dog for the conformation show ring. All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Your dog must be leash broke and non-aggressive. There are two 45 minute classes that meets every Monday. There is a 15 dog limit per class. This is a drop-in class so no advanced sign up is required.

Prerequisites: Age 9 weeks to 5 months. Shots: Puppy must have at least first permanent DHLPP shot and rabies required after 4 mos. of age.
The Puppy course is designed to teach fundamentals of dog care, the formation of good manners, and to help the shy puppy gain self confidence. Subjects include:

The Beginners course is designed to instruct you how to teach your dog basic obedience, how to solve behavior problems, and to instill a means of communications and form a bond of mutual respect between you and your dog. Subjects include: walk on leash without pulling, no jumping on people, come when called, overcome shyness, aggressive or unruly behavior problems. Bring your dog to the first class. There is a 12 dog limit per class.

Prerequisites: Dogs must have a little obedience experience with sit, down and basic manners. Proof of DHLPP and Rabies required to attend class.
Come and join in the new, exciting and fun sport of Rally. Like agility, the dog and owner navigate a course and follow the directions on each sign or station. The dog performs basic obedience maneuvers such as sit, down and many fun exercises, weaving through cones, etc.
Did you know - The Novice level of this AKC event is on lead and the handler encourages the dog to do his best with unlimited verbal instruction and praise through out the course. Clap your hands and praise your dog to your hearts content. Get 3 qualifying scores and you have a titled dog, RN (Rally Novice). If you are not interested in titles and just want to come and have fun with your dog, then Rally is the class for you.

Requires 6 students and is offered only if we have a sufficient number of students.

The Novice 1 course builds upon the basic skills learned in the Beginner's course and introduces more precision, better handling skills, while adding new elements such as: finishes, stand for exam, figure eights and added mild distractions. This class is for the pet owner that wants to learn more and have better control on their pet as well as those thinking about Obedience or Rally competitions. There is a 15 dog limit per class.

This class is for the dog owner that wants to learn more and have consistent behaviors on their dog as well as those getting ready for Obedience or Rally competitions. This course refines the skills learned in the Novice 1 course and polishes the handling skills of the owner. Higher levels of distractions are added for proofing the dog's performance. There is a 15 dog limit per class.

This class is a ring prep class preparing both handler and dog to compete in the Obedience ring in Beginner Novice or Novice (Companion Dog title). Class consists of proofing for ring situations, critiquing, problem solving, and polishing handling skills, and polishing the dog's performance.

This class teaches the fundamentals necessary to compete in the Open and Utility obedience rings. This includes retrieving, jumping, off leash heeling, out of sight sits & downs, scent discrimination, directed jumping, and more....

Cost - $110.00 for a 7 week class that meets one day a week consists of a 30 minute group heeling at Noon, followed by individual work of approximately 15 minutes per person.

Cost - $95.00 for a 6 week class that meets one day a week. Class begins at 5:30 PM with individual work before and after the 30 minute group heeling which is at 7:30 PM. Individual work is approximately 15 minutes per person.
