Credit Card, Returned Check and Refund Policies

 

Accepted Methods of Payment

  • Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

  • Check/Money Order

  • Cash

  • PayPal is used for Online Class Registration only

 

Credit Card Receipts

Receipts will be provided via email only if email addresses are provided.

 

Returned Check Policy

All checks returned to Mt. Diablo Dog Training Club, Inc. because of insufficient funds, the account was closed, or for any other reason may be subject to a $15.00 collection fee.

 

MDDTC Refund Policy for Classes:

Requests for refunds must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the class session. Requests made less than 7 days prior to the start of the session will be reviewed on a case-by- case basis. No refunds will be given after the start of the class session. A $10 admin fee will be retained for each refund granted.

  

MDDTC Refund Policy for LCC Classes:

For classes at Lafayette Community Center (LCC), registration and payment are handled through their online system. Refunds for classes at Lafayette, must be handled through their system and policies. Click here for LCC refund information and process.
