Credit Card Receipts

Receipts will be provided via email only if email addresses are provided.


Returned Check Policy

All checks returned to Mt. Diablo Dog Training Club, Inc. because of insufficient funds, the account was closed, or for any other reason may be subject to a $12.00 collection fee.


Refund Policy

Refunds BEFORE start date of class:

Full refunds for class registration fees will be provided upon request is received 2 business days prior to the start date of the class session. The acceptable forms of notification, which must come from the registered handler or guardian/parent if the registered handler is a minor are:

  1. Phone message left on the club phone (925) 933-8774 by registered handler

  2. Written email request to

Refund request after class start date:

A refund request must be received via email at, or  US postal mail, to Mt Diablo DTC co: Training Director, 1027 Detroit Ave, Suite A, Concord CA 94518 within 7 days of start of the class, include which class you are enrolled in and the reason for the request. Each request will be evaluated to determine if a refund or partial refund will be made. You will be contacted upon evaluation
