Credit Card, Returned Check and Refund Policies


Online Class Registration Payment

Class Registration is via PayPal only

Accepted Methods of Payment for merchandise/Membership

  • Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

  • Check/Money Order

  • Cash


Credit Card Receipts

Receipts will be provided via email only if email addresses are provided.


Returned Check Policy

All checks returned to Mt. Diablo Dog Training Club, Inc. because of insufficient funds, the account was closed, or for any other reason may be subject to a $15.00 collection fee.


MDDTC Refund Policy for Classes:

Requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis. No refunds will be given after the start of a class session. A $10 admin fee will be retained for each refund granted.


Transfers to another class do not require an admin fee.


Exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the BOD/Training Director and are made on a case by case basis.


MDDTC Refund Policy for LCC Classes:

For classes at Lafayette Community Center (LCC), registration and payment are handled through their online system. Refunds for classes at Lafayette, must be handled through their system and policies. Click here for LCC refund information and process.
